Moment deaf baby hears mom’s voice after hearing aids switched on
Georgina Addison is now a 6-months old adorable baby girl who lives each day with newfound amazement. When Paul and Louise discovered that their baby girl was deaf just a few weeks after her birth, they could have felt defeated and desperate before the life of hardship that was approaching their daughter. And yet they chose to be hopeful and worked hard to find the right hearing aids for her to be fitted with quickly as a baby.
Now each morning they have this little routine where the couple wakes up their daughter by switching on her hearing aids. Instantly as she hears the voices of her mom and dad, Georgina lights up and giggles with delight. Every morning this ritual brings the little family together with joy and warmth in the happy giggles from their wonderful deaf baby girl.
